In December 2015 Naome and Vicky picked coffee, then we all practiced the step of removing the pulp, we fermented and dried the beans, after which came the tedious step of removing the endocarp by hand. Finally, Roberto, visiting from Guatemala, taught us how to roast the beans in a frying pan and we milled and brewed our first cups of coffee from the farm! By next year we will likely be serving 100% farm grown coffee.
