Bienvenidos a la Hostería Cananvalle, en Ibarra, Imbabura.
Esta finca de 7 hectáreas dedicada un turismo rural y de agro-turismo, con los lujos de una HOSTERIA de PRIMERA dentro de la ciudad de Ibarra, esta operada con principios de responsabilidad social. Sus vistas panorámicas del cañón del Rio Chorlavi, le permite mirar a los volcanes Imbabura y Cotacachi (y a veces el nevado Cayambe). Estamos ubicados a 10 minutos del centro historico de la ciudad de Ibarra, Imbabura, Ecuador. A una elevación de 2.192 m, temperaturas en Ibarra típicamente se encuentran entre 10-27oC.
Despiértate con los sonidos de una variedad de pájaros mientras disfrutas de vistas espectaculares; camina por los senderos verdes, para para ubicar a un Pechirrojo (Ecu) [o Churrinche (Arg, Uy), Mosquerío rojo (HN)] o un Cabecita negra, mientras recojes frutas o hierbas para hacer un batido o una enfision; una sugerencia, en nuestos jardines practica yoga.
Hosteria Cananvalle esta rodeada por la línea férrea Ibarra – Salinas y el Rio Chorlavi, con tiene una vista ideal del puente por donde podra mirar al tren pasar dos veces al dia, así como mirar los volcanes de Imbabura (4.830 m) y Cotacachi (4.939 m).

My family and I stayed at this Hosteria for three days in September of this year. I had found it at bookit.com and made our reservations through that site. The accomodations exceeded our expections. There were seven of us so we were assigned two cottages. The location is very picturesque with fruit trees and hummingbirds, lots of green space, farm land and mountains. The owners made us feel right at home. One night they set up the computer with a projector so we could watch a soccer game between Chile and Ecuador that was being televised. They even made us popcorn. We enjoyed the nutritious breakfasts which included fresh fruit, home made breads, juices, eggs made to order and more. In the evenings after returning from our sight seeing trips we would go to the communal sitting area where there would be a spread of cheeses, fresh breads, tea and coffee. We were all very satisfied with our stay there and would definitely return at a future date. Thank you from all of us.
